Our salaries follow the SCSBC grid, with rates based on position and years of experience. Compensation is competitive and structured to recognize both professional role and tenure, ensuring staff are fairly rewarded while maintaining alignment with SCSBC guidelines.
We offer competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits and pension plan after the probation period.
Professional development
HCS supports ongoing growth through workshops, training sessions and mentorship aligned with B.C. Ministry of Education standards.
